Time for again contacting our Elected Representatives, Yada & Etc.

I plan to suggest (nicely of course):

allowing re-capitalization (a Court may rule they have achieved De Facto Re-Capitalization as they've been illegally prevented from doing so)restoring the Jr. Preferred dividends and returning the Common shares to a more reputable casin-er uum stock exchange.

That works for me!
