All the time people waste here is just that, A Waste, The only things that matter here are extremely black and white.

1) Will ntek has a revenue stream that is favorable to its debt.

2) Will ntek have audited fins that look promising(which will open the doors for institutional investors)

3)Can ntek get uplisted

4) can ntek develop ultraflix into a common product

5) can ntek get a foothold into providing new gambling devices to the casino industry.

If they can do these things, it's solid as a rock and I never even mentioned the np-1. Why? because ntek hopes lots of companies have similar devices where the ntek product(content) can be purchased!
