Something "somebody" posted a long time ago when they raised the AS to 20 billion said nothing significant would happen until that was taken care of, well we can see now GERS AS will be back normalcy. GERS O/S will be just above the industry average which is 1.6 billion

I haven't seen any huffing about that aspect from the bears, and i wonder why? If the R/S was coupled with a raise in the AS you wouldn't stop hearing about it. GLT US All! GERS
