Not yet. Their last dividend announcement was 12/15/05. So I would expect them to announce their next dividend on 3/15/06 give or take a few days.

That was my specualation in my post. It is a REIT, income is up, so will they announce a higher dividend come March? Since I have followed and owned this stock, the dividend has gone from .3625 to .375 to .40 per quarter. These increases have all taken place in the last 3 or 4 years. They also had a special dividend last October of .30.

I look at it this way...they paid out a special dividend within the last year, incomes are up, it must be time to raise the dividend again.
