Hop-On cannot buyback shares

They only have $352 in the bank, per latest disclosure. Hop-On has been funneling their cash to another entity (not a subsidiary) where the CEO is listed as president (green Frog Fund), and calling the over $1 million of investors' cash a long term loan with no interest and no payback terms.
