I don't agree that SLTD needs another acquisition. What for? That will just dilute more shares or build more debt for the company. Company barely has any cash flow to purchase another company. This company is definitely not a scam but a company trying to get out of development phase and into the production phase. Execution is key or else it'll run out of money and fail like most startups.

Even legit companies like solar3d might not be able to execute and make a profit. I'm hoping it does so I can invest in it before it goes big.
