Sophie, If we contacted the SEC just what would be the charges? What do you and others claim that PTSC did that was illegal. There's a lot of talk about it on the other board but I'm unclear what they done that was illegal or against SEC rules and regulations?

Perhaps DL and TPL pulled some fast ones but that wouldn't be in the purview of the SEC since they're a private entity and don't trade in any markets. I think the proper way to go about that would be to file charges in the jurisdiction where they conduct business.

Perhaps you could help clarify it for me so I'd know what to say if and when I would contact the SEC.
