BAXS has to start thinking about their PPS here. If they dont keep the share price above a buck they will get a letter to comply to nasdaq standards. I can find no reason really for the large drop. Possibly shorters

Dont give your Pearls to swine. If you dont know what this means, you shouldnt be in the stock market. All CEOs lie. Catching them in it is the fun part.
