long??? don't fool me man, you shorties! lol...appeal again and again? google will lose all 3 appeals. goolge will try to have an en banc review (entire bench of judges to review). The 18 judges will laugh at their attempt. You think those judges have 10 yrs old IQ? The judges will tell them: "Stealing stuff is a thievery act, son!" Then google will try to go to SCOTUS (while they are writing checks to VRNG.) Supreme court won't even bother to look at their case! That's how it will end and in a matter of MONTHS not years!!! In the mean time, ZTE is about to get a knock out! I am looking forward to see new suits file against google again.
