OTCMarkets.com is a website. Nothing more, nothing less.

Each issuer has their own page. The issuer pays $4500 each year to OTCMarkets.com. That gives each issuer access to their page. They are sent a digital key in fed ex. It is the size of a stick of gum. The key is updated every sixty seconds with a new passcode.

To log in, you input like any web page your user name and password.

After that, it asks you for your code sent to you digitally. The person that is updating the site you quoted has that passkey to get in.

They can put Jesus or Obama on that page if they want.

The only thing that matters is if the issuer files form 8K, not super duuper fancy special 8K. Just Form 8K. They have to file under Item 2.01. Nothing more nothing less. Unless there is a change of control, then Item 5.03 as well.

They have 60 days to file 8K, not super, not special, not fancy or any other adjective, just 8K under 9.01 the audited, not unaudited lies put in press releases, but audited financials as well as pro-formas and combined financials.

Until you see this, everything is FAKE FAKE FAKE!
