Well sure,I suspose they could do that,but when is it ever a good thing for a stock to move to a lower teir trading exchange?

Besides,no one knows how many shares this company has sold or how much the A/S count went up before they sold those shares because the TA has been gagged for many months. Could be 10 billion by now for all anyone knows. And if that is the case,either way they will need to do a R/S,because there is NO way this company is anywhere near being worth a $100 million valuation.GL
