you are exactly correct however after two calls with Mr Hudson the name change is for other reasons in line with their corporate objectives and strategic plans.

the name change will allow them to absorb what is now ENTI under the mother ship meaning it will be able to use the financials of the entire conglomerate of companies to move forward.

this means financials will be streamlined and stronger and will also allow them to up list which they also said are part of a longer term strategy.
