Anyways those sort of shares are going to be unregistered till the Sec forms are Filed I believe. I dont look for them to be sold anytime soon but they will always be owned by LVVV till they get PAID for em and its a NICE LONG TERM holding! Things are moving right along Pretty Much just the debt and what we do and were on our way!
