Patent Infringing PEIX is totally losing the lawsuit, resorting to attacking the judge's rulings on how GERS' patents claims should be interpreted.

The company Suing PEIX for infringing their oil extraction patents has just been issued another oil extraction patent!

Notice in the patents prosecution history, All the infringers invalidity contentions and prior art, including PEIX's excuses for stealing GERS technology have been considered, but were not enough to stop GERS from getting another patent.

Basically, GERS asked the patent office to Re-examine this patent and to take into consideration every excuse PEIX had for infringing their patents.

The USPTO basically said PEIX's excuses for infringing were not good enough and re-issued GERS newest patent on 3/25/14!
