I think a lot of people do not understand the new OTC ruling coming up April 1st. I track ~70 pennies and most are red today. People need to re-read and "comprehend/understand" what the new ruling actually says. The sky is not falling for the subs, it's just a new rule change for existing and future OTC "QB" stocks. It appears that hordes of people think their stocks are going to be de-listed next week. I wish people weren't so stupid.. "Reading makes you smart!" (But only if you comprehend what s being said.)
