Do your math however you want Shares for debt at a 10 Day moving Avg 8 Billion more 9 Billion More whats the difference between Family right. 50% of Market price that was in the 10Q Either way its a Liability or Outstanding shares and Your right we dont know if they will agree to that if not and there is no deal that would suck. I cant wait for it to be final and know that Number however Adding up the Numbers in the 10Q and Reports gets us alot of the way there.
