Well that's the stupidest thing I have ever heard, read the newest PR they stated

It is 1 preferred share per 100,000

and you get the FREE preferred shares after Monday march 31, 2014

your shares wont be converted to preferred and you are stuck for a year that is the stupidest thing ever.lol

They state that when the debt is eliminated it will be easier to convert your preferred shares back into common stock.
Hence why we get investors for the profit.
