Hopefully NOT then the Debt holders could gain Control and NOT Bill Thats a whole different issue bob . We are dealing with 12 Billion Shares You know this & The facts are in the 8K and 10Q the stock was at .0001 about a month ago and all of these dealings will find the bottom and true value soon and then its all gravy but that stock is LVVV's as i would understand it

And here you can see the BULK of the 4.8 Billion you refer to is owned by Coor and another dozen or so that is actual Common stack and Freely sellable.

and the 10Q shows that the other debt is Convertible at a Conversion of 50% below market for a few million of the debt so hopefully the others will take the same deal.. then we can get a bottom price that is coming and a final number of shares know the facts and move on Up Up & Away..
