Thank you! I did see that $850k but did not make the connection.

Makes a lot more sense now.

This was as of 2 months ago.

Lets assume we are more than halfway through the $2m payment now.

The good thing is if Group8 did not feel the pps would be higher, they would not want this $2m in dilution to destroy the value of the 83 million shares they hold (valued at $1.66M at .02)
