Hey PVEC.. You company is dying and you are taking peoples hard earned money with you. When are you going to stop the bleeding??
Just FYI. Another company declared stock divy as of record on 03/18/14. Just got mine today. Week turn around. Apparently it doesn't take that long to process many. But it could be different with Certificates. If that is the case then I understand.
