...the NOL is moot and mute.............we took the accumulations with the 2011 ITR....and received a $4.4MM ITR.......and BK - in 2012 negates NOL's unless there is a change of ownership and the new NOL tables are created.................HAVEN'T WE ALREADY SOLVED THE NOL PROBLEM......??????........
...unless something weird happens wherein the new FCNCA stock used for the UWBKQ conversion is able to capture a revised NOL carry-forward schedule..........?????.....the NOL numbers are too small to have any consequence, imo................................
