Everyone and his mother's uncle has thoughts on the subject, so while I watch the drama unfold, I'll throw another thought out there...

IMO according to whatever final deal is being (or has been) hammered out, the biggest gain to what the APT investors/shareholders will receive in the exchange will be maximized if, at the time the merger becomes official/legal, the FROZ SP is .01, or close to it, and then the SP will skyrocket from there on up ....
