Those are pretty strong adjectives in describing BION.
They have yet to show a working location. And constant 'agreements' with no outcome does not confirm anything. They have routinely moved sites, provided 'finalization' of feasibility studies etc etc and no update on an actual production facility.

I've been here 3+ years. Hoping for the best but doesn't look good with fluff news.

IMO.
