Confirmed with company that they are still having to sell shares to finance operations. Waiting on that NC groundbreaking announcement - company is understandably tight-lipped about the timing, but recent response gives me the feeling it may happen soon. Just my hunch.

I hate when people say this when a stock is bleeding - but really do see an opportunity here at these PPS levels. NC announcement should move this quickly higher - and project financing secured 'should' mean company can turn the faucet off on share selling.
