The trading on WTWO is well controlled with low volume and no PR which suggest to me that it is the institutional investors controlling this sub penny which don't happen often in penny land but when you look at the potential of what could come out in the next PR then it makes all the sense in the world. It want be the amateur traders sending WTWO through the roof when the next positive PR comes out, it will be the institutional investors sending it through the roof.
