How many times has "the whole os traded" just to see the outstanding go up by millions on a daily basis, like clockwork, into oblivion? And then we hear, oh wow so much debt must've been paid off. . Oh really, now?

I don't think you or anyone does, at this point
As I read it- wgas lost control of a very important asset, one which wasn't supported too well by the results of merlin anyway... did the settlement include wgas being paid, or was it just lost? Did the settlement remove some debt from our balance sheet- might be a good point but doesn't seem to mean a whole lot..
