PeterGates: I am not at all surprised by your response to my post, below.

If you think 99% OTC are scam then to think ECOS falls under remaining 1%, you are making a fool out of yourself. MS is making fool out of investors. Just wait for another story to get out for good.

I never said that I think 99% of OTC (or sub-pennies) are scams. What I thought I was clear about, was that 99% of sub-pennies don't make the big time. Sure, many are scams, but posters like you either a) don't know the difference between a scam, and a failure to execute, and/or b) don't want to know or care to know the difference, as that knowledge doesn't fit with your investment strategy. You have a clear agenda that is based upon you making money by bashing a stock. If and when good news comes out, you likely switch ID's and try to pump the same stock. If the stock tanks, like most pennies do, then you thump your chest a bit and declare "see I was right". This is in no way criticism, but just a statement (again) to say that your kind pretty much dominate the penny stock boards. Someone like lambchops posts something sensible, and you or others call them (or me) a fool.

Guys like me, pretty much abandon the boards long ago, because of people you. Sure, I read to see if anyone caught something of value they are sharing, but like the mostly failing stocks in the pennies, my take is that posters like you will dominate a board, and provide no real value.

If you'd like to prove me wrong, please do. Surely, you have some semblance of proof to your statements that this is a scan. Can you, or any others who have called MS a crook, this a scam, or said that investors should call the SEC, have a single proof point to back up your statement? Missing deadlines, not answering a call or email, misspellings, providing forward looking statements, lack of PR, etc., etc, are not proof of a scam, character, or violations.

I won't pretend to know your motivation, but is is clear to me what your intentions are regarding this stock. I also never said that I THOUGHT ECOS was in the 1%. I don't buy pennies and assume I am that smart. What I said, was that all pennies are a gamble. Of course, I hope I am lucky, but no more than buying a lottery ticket or playing poker. I don't gamble THINKING I am going to win, I gamble HOPING I will be lucky. It is usually better to be lucky, than good.

If you are pretending to be holding a long position on this stock, for anything more than a quick flip, then you are foolish to believe many / most or all other posters don't see through that pretense. Else, you'd be foolish for holding a long position, for a long haul, while bashing the stock. As mentioned, maybe you are trying trying to get 0.0001 filled to flip at 0.0002 when news come out. I won't pretend to know your intentions, but if you don't think that others know what you are up to, then you are the fool.
