I asked about tissue testing a few days ago too and did get an answer. It looks like they are in an iterative cycle of "tissue test->refine design->repeat" right now, which is a healthy place for them to be as they're getting closer to the alpha production model.

For those of you without a medical background, keep in mind that tissue testing is much more complicated than doing daily testing on some dead pig you keep in a refrigerator. You need to get everything ready for the particular iteration of the testing that you're on, order the live pig / human cadaver from a tissue broker (which is not cheap, BTW), and then run through your battery of tests during that run. At this point, they may have only done 3-4 full-up tissue testing runs, but that would be perfectly normal when you consider what is involved in doing so.

The statement that Titan keeps repeating that is keeping me in the "long" column is that they continue to be "on track" per their published schedule. I find that they are not being vague about that statement at all….every time they get asked, they come back and say they're absolutely on track, and we haven't seen any changes in the schedule for almost a year now. That suggests to me that they'll be in a good position to tell us more about what's been happening by the end of Q2.
