DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 2000--Diversified Technologies Group, Inc. (OTCBB: DTGI) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of DemandFAX, Inc.

DemandFAX currently provides a number of Enhanced Services, which include the following: Fax, Email, Voice, Unified Messaging and Marketing Support.
