what has me perplexed is that the stock actually rallied in the premarket... smells like a bear raid and/or massive attack by shorts...
either that or something else is yet to be announced.


EDIT:
I just noticed at the exact same time that SPEX crashed a whole bunch of money went into VHC.... maybe gamblers just wanted to make a quick buck out of VHC or one of the HFT trading platforms went crazy on some VHC rumour.
