OK We have today and tomorrow to watch for either party to inform the other the deal is not going through. Either party must give a 10 day written notice, correct? 10 days from the rollout is 3/05/06 which is Sunday. In that case the bad news may come today or Friday if it's coming at all. Just MHO but logical too. One big question no one has answered, is do they have to make this letter public? Is it an SEC filing? Can anyone answer that? I'm perplexed.
