Based on what and when? Before the Ice Cream venture? Before the more Aggressive Marketing strategy? Its not like they are saying, hey we want to grow to this next walmart. This is a Expansion into Different Countries, different Laws, Different strategies, More Employees, Theres no telling what all it takes. It can't be viewed as just another growing point IMHO. Its got to be a huge step.
