I wish I could offer some advice to you. I just don't understand the timing of this. Company is going to ring the bell at the Nasdaq later, with shares down 27 %. This makes no sense to me why they would do this. I keep thinking we may hear something at some point today from the company. They don't need the money at the moment, so why now. My only thought is that they have an acquisition in mind and it needs to be done ASAP.
