Never heard of TED, don't have ROKU, HULU, and definitely don't spend hours watching PEG, Anime. I know of noone that does either, google PEG viewership, PEG effectiveness, PEG percentage, or whatever you like, 2010 114 Million housholds, Also Recent statistics show that 51% of US households have cable TV and 26% have satellite TV. Only 1% have both and 22% do not subscribe to any form of television package. Of those how many watch more than an hour a day? who know's the average family watches 5 hours a day, put statistic after statistic, and PEG is probably less then 1/10th of 1 percent. PEG is not a money maker for public, educational or governement entities, it is an expense, I foresee very little upgrades in the future, and you say upgrades over the next several years?? not much income for TEVE if you think about it in reality terms. Good luck convincing prospective buyers that all 5000 supposed stations have the money to upgrade and will all be doing so. That is not reality.
