When starting out a new company wise business people hire strangers...hmmmm. Let's see Facebook was started by people that just picked each other's names out of the phone book.
If the company was still ONLY hiring old friends for key technical positions. Hiring people without any knowledge in their field of expertise ,THEN I'd be worried!
I doubt all 50 new hires are relatives or friends Withno background in the business. Let's give a better example that some of you might understand more clearly..
For example if I ran a hedge fund I might hire the kid next house over ,that lives in his moms basement, to do some writing on a stock blog but I'd probably hire people that really knew how to trade,albeit maybe past associates, to actually trade...
I think that clears up the mystery of who works for whom and how they got there...
NTEK has smart savy business people...end of story
