Kind of unclear about the $10,000 fee for trading on OTC "Markets". That kinda sounds like all the OTC tiers to me.

Guess Asher will be getting a lot of convertible loan business, if that is true. Most of these companies have no assets or revenues. I wonder how many people that trade OTC stocks ever take the time to read a financial filing by a company before tossing their money into the pool? Must not be many. I am amazed at the SP of a lot of stocks with billions of shares, no revenue, but trading over .03 a share. There are many.
