optionsXpress (at http://www.optionsxpress.com/ ) is the best (OTC, Pink Sheet) penny stock broker I have found so far; They charge a flat $8.95 rate for any amount of shares (and they do not have a maximum limit on the amount of shares you can buy [just2trade only lets you buy up to 5,000,000 [5 million] shares (so if you wanted to buy 50-million shares you'd need to place 10-separate orders with just2trade. With optionsXpress you could buy 50,000,000 (50 million) shares of a stock at .0001 cents a share if you wanted and it would only cost you $8.95 commission. Scottrade charges $7.00 plus 0.5% of the principle; So if you sold a stock and made $100,000 at Scottrade you would owe $7.00 plus $500.00 = $507.00 commission at Scottrade]. optionsXpress does not charge a re-org (re-organization) fee when a company changes their name and does a reverse split [Scottrade charges a $20.00 re-org fee; and if you transfer everything out of Scottrade into another broker Scottrade charges a $75.00 fee as well]. In addition Scottrade restricts the buying of a lot of penny stocks; optionsXpress does not. optionsXpress does have free LIVE streaming quotes and LIVE streaming charts. The only thing optionsXpress does not do is let you get the ASK or BID prices on OTC/Pink-Sheet stocks; but you can get free real time quotes at http://www.otcmarkets.com/ during the trading hours.
