There is also a catch. There is no way to confirm/track it if a said company denies it. About the only way to count the shares is do a Dividend. That twice monthly Finra count is a Joke. Their probably in Kahoots with the MM's that do the Naked Shorting. Like in the past if they are caught: a little slap on the wrist fine. Shorting is one of the things that have ruined small companies in the US. It go's on and on. Rather not really get into that subject atthis time.
