I agree. Most people have been Scammed before if they play the Pennies. Anybody saws any different, I would suspect them as being non-truthful. It's the Scammer CEO's that have needed to be put in check. I agree it's about time. I see they already kinda stopped the shorting. One thing I believe they should really fine the living SH-t out of are MM's that Naked Short. I know a lot of people don't believe for one that they do infact exist. But I believe they still do. But all in all I believe the Sec might just be getting their thing together. I say bring it on !!
