You and ed both seem to be right. Fabio updated the new officers and directors at OTC as their first update, but ed is right too, Juan Salman resigned as a director on 3/26/2014. Juan and Alessandro were both listed as directors on the annual list done on 3/7/2014 but like I said above, Juan resigned on 3/26/2014.

I wonder why he only stayed on for 19 days as a director.

Juan isn't listed as a director on the OTC so maybe WDAS has already updated 1 more thing at a time, just still haven't updated a float number from 2009 and a current OS number.

Give this a shot, call the TA and ask what the OS is.

Maybe with the talk of transparency from Fabio he has instructed the TA to tell shareholders what the OS is, or is the TA still gagged?

BTW-check the box at the nvsos.gov site that says "include inactive officers" to see that Juan resigned which means he was listed on the 3/7/2014 filing but his resignation was filed with the state yesterday. Might be a bad sign, don't know, time will tell, it sure has in the past, hasn't it? Seems there was another we were at where 1 of the officers/directors that had just taken over left suddenly,
