XRAYMEDIA Announces The Screenwriter Dig Contest Top 10 Prize Allocations

ENSCHEDE, Netherlands & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2006--XRAYMEDIA, Inc., (OTCBB:XRYM - News), presenter/sponsor of The Screenwriter Dig contest has today delivered a revised "Option/Purchase Agreement" to all Top 10 contestants in The Screenwriter Dig contest. XRAYMEDIA has completed its necessary reviews of the prize allocations. After careful consideration of public opinion the Company is pleased to announce the following changes to the prize allocations and the Option/Purchase Agreement:
1. The Fifteen Hundred Dollar Prize Package will be delivered in
XRAYMEDIA, Inc. company shares. This prize package will be
awarded to each Top 10 Finalist and grants The Screenwriter
Dig an 18-month option to purchase the submission;
2. During the 18-month option period, The Screenwriter Dig may
exercise the option to purchase a submission with a cash
payment of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000USD) being made to
any selected Top 10 Finalist;
3. If The Screenwriter Dig does not exercise the option to
purchase the submission, all rights to the submission will be
reverted back to the Top 10 Finalist at the end of the
18-month option period;
4. Each contestant will be credited for their submission in
accordance with the provisions of the Writers' Guild of
America's credit determination procedure.
