LATF Folks, this is my first post in this forum. I had recently bought and sold all my shares of LATF (thankfully). Be careful on how long you hold this stock -someone is gonna get burned real bad by the time the truth comes out. I have researched this company thoroughly over the last 2 weeks and could NOT find anything remotely close to substantiate that a real company exists. The people who allege to be the reps for this company may not even be US citizens.. or could be fake names altogether.
That's not to say it doesn't, but I could not find anything to support that this company is in the MMJ business, or has a plan to start anything in Colorado or anywhere else.
I called several phone numbers and the only one that I could get through to speak to a human was to an answering service. That employee of the service who answered even told me herself that they get tons of calls daily about LATF and that they have no idea about LATF and she believes they do not exist... The service had NO person of contact to where the calls/messages get forwarded (MAJOR RED FLAG)
I did call one number that lead to an answering machine for McKonza Seafood (could have been an internet phone service box for all I could tell). Have yet to receive a callback.
Further, I checked with California and Colorado secretary of states to verify LATF and all the subsidiaries -none checked out. I did find a similar company listed in Delaware, but no physical company in that state.
All I'm saying is do NOT assume that since so many motley fools are bidding this stock up that it is legit. So many people are caught up in the MMJ hype and so many opportunists are out there and realize that people are greedy and want to make a quick buck.
