Actually the way I read this is the new .01 rule will be for the OTC QB tier. and if the company falls out of compliance they would still trade on pinks. at least that's what it looks like to me..

I think it will become the rule-of-thumb across Penny land...but honestly makes no difference in the end after they have done what they need to do to the SS in order to be compliant
