GUYS, serious opinions please. I'm a shareholder here. I've contemplating buying more. Here is my concern. In April, the company wants to increase AS from 1 billion to 4 billion shares. My question is this. Do you think Russ has plans for a RS, and do you think that is partly why they want to raise AS? This article below is what got me thinking about this. Companies trading on OTC QB/QX are having more strict guidelines put in place, including having to trade over a penny. I think we can certainly get there without any kind of RS, but I'm just trying to put the new OTC guidelines with the company's desire to increase AS. Has anyone asked Russ about any potential for RS??? Here's the article:
