Viricides are nontoxic in theraputic doses but the approval process requires that tests provide a toxic level.
Water is toxic at elevated levels.
Either "blow up" the subject animal with injections or better yet, just drop 55 gallon drums of the stuff on them!
The distractor howling and wailing re not getting enough product for tox in '14 is due to the limitations of producing enough 55 gallon drums of flucide to drop on and kill enough rats.
Geese, we could probably treat and cure 10's of thousands of sick humans with just the quantity of flucide that will be wasted to blow up the quantity of rats to prove lack of toxicity.
from time to time here, I have ripped on the good Dr's for missing progress estimates or other business actions, but never have questioned their genius in developing nanovirocides.
As far as I'm concerned, the only risk left here is time risk.
If they take too long, they (and we) become irrelevant.
Hurry up Docs.
