Easy, go off what you know. I know we plan on up listing to a more senior stock. I know Ed wants 4 years of audited fins. I know that is well above what the otcbb requires and it is what otcqx requires. Only problem is otc also requires a stock be worth .10 for at least 30 days.

so what does that mean to me, well i beleive this stock will be om the low end at least .105 and high end .15 for 30 days after they break the .10.
