This is one if those rare Penny Stocks that is actually worth something. It's only trading at .10 because the company is just getting started with their products. New Guinea Contract was signed for $200 million. Ghana contract is still pending for $150 million. And 14 other countries are also in the talks. If you sell below .70, you're a joke.
