Claims to live in Mexico. Newbauer is on his friend's list, along with a couple of Newbauer entities. I assume this to be "Thomas Wolff" CEO of something or other.

Only social media spam about his company, and a eerily similar website page as ADCS, asking for an e-mail address. The site appears to be the same today, as it was in 2010.
