Not gonna happen. NTEK's David Foley gets a few week reprieve until the Ninth Circus rules on his latest request for bail. It's an automatic stay under the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure for the Ninth Circus Rule 9.1.2(e).

(e) If the appellant is on bail at the time the motion is filed in this Court, that bail will remain in effect until the Court rules on the motion. (Rev. 1/1/01 - changed from (d) to (e))

We're gonna keep getting late-night drunken PMs from the guy for a few more weeks, so get used to it.

Plus he's got 20,000,000 of his restricted NTEK shares coming off restriction after 12 April 2014, so he'll be busy getting those delegended (takes several days or so) and dumping those.
