Good Afternoon Reefer Madness and the wave readers
This is the second email today and to me the most important email for the day. I apologize for the late sending of this email compared to news but I was looking for this information later in the week toward Friday.
As you all know we have been following the Gold River move back to OTC current and to funding for the solar panels in the MMJ sector. From the last email we were looking for great news of funding and of the opening of the factory in Panama. Well great news today it seems we now have production facilities in Panama and are very close to funding for the Gold river to get back too current.
I spoke with John Yesterday 03/25 and he had told me they were very close and he would be releasing news on Monday this next week. he also had mentioned a meeting in regards to funding Yesterday as well. Apparently the meeting went very well, as John had this scheduled for the website for Monday and put it up yesterday now ahead of scheduling. I think we are now getting ready for a news release very soon and with the small float here I see a huge move ahead of the news now. I see this move as many of the wave readers have been accumulating the GRPS stock since are first email now. Any news on the wire will send this stock rice into the pennies very fast and we can actually see the pennies ahead of the news release.
For those who follow the PMRS you read my thoughts on mkcap and the mkcap here right now is only 500,000.00 and I see this company easily valued with financing at 100 million Mkcap. yes you read that right, 100 million market cap or twenty times what we have today. Please formulate your own opinion and idea of mkcap, but I am comfortable with a projection with financing of 100 million first year.
Now is the time this week to get in and I expect we see news by Friday or Monday hit the wires.
Another note I spoke to John about accredited investors buying shares of preferred or commons direct and he did say he would be open to this idea and for those interested to call him direct. I have seen this in the past in two companies and the holders of them did rather well in one of the companies with over 800% increase.

As many shareholders know, I have been involved with another individual for the past 20 years in the development and maturation of certain composite technologies. Together, we have performed engineering, prototyping and manufacturing systems development for firms such as Great Dane Trailers, Fleetwood Enterprises, Western Star Trucks, and Sundowner Horse Trailers, to name a few.
That company is now in the process of establishing their manufacturing facility in the Republic of Panama where they will be manufacturing composite housing for South and Central America. Their facility is leased; their management is in place and the necessary equipment is in transit.
Of special interest in that market are solar roofs. How this benefits GRPS is that the best structural core for those roof panels is a polyurethane foam core, which cannot be used in manufacturing in Panama due to the outgassing of volatile organic compounds (VOC’s).
Once GRPS succeeds in raising the necessary capital we will manufacture those roofs for them and we will be able to manufacture the fire retardant panels for greenhouse applications in the marijuana farming market as well as other greenhouse markets.
We anticipate a joint venture with this company in this regard will be forth-coming. An added benefit is that they will be able to source solar panels from outside the U.S. (the U.S. government has placed high tariffs and duties on this product), perform value added applications in Panama, and as the result of the U.S. and Panama’s free trade agreement, transship the solar panels to GRPS for housing and green house applications without having to pay the onerous duties/tariffs.
Further, the fire retardant housing panels will be tested by the University of Panama and will comply with the ASTM E-72 international building codes. This means that GRPS will not have to have that testing done here as the U.S. has embraced these codes.
It is anticipated that the Panama facility will be functional within 90 - 120 days and the ASTM E-72 testing complete within 60 days thereafter. We are working to secure our funding and hope to be operational within this time frame.
